Terms of Service

The Private Collection (“TPC”, “we”) provides a service to upload digital files into shareable collections with optional access controls and paid unlock.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to share or sell it. Do not upload illegal material, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights.

Guest collections are temporary. Retention windows are shown in the product. After expiry, collections are blocked and then removed by a scheduled purge.

Paid unlocks use Stripe. Sellers must complete Connect onboarding and attest they have rights to monetize the content. Platform fees may apply.

The service is provided as-is. We may suspend accounts or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
